  This location is fabulous because of the customer service. Tom called me early in the morning to talk about my reservation and to explain what the process to rent the unit was (you can read it online as well but basically it is about first come, first serve.) He let me know there were more people interested and that I had to be quick if I really wanted the unit. Luckily the first people coming didn't take it and I was able to. Tom is extremely helpful and he is really charismatic. The key of a great service is always the frist impressions. Our business was a 100% successful. I was happy with the interaction with the manager and the process until the storage was 'mine'. Definitely I will tell anyone that if they have what you need to come here. What's better than to have a friendly manager who takes time to explain you the contract and willing to help you in everything he can?
