  I have never experienced a business like this one. I really do not know how they stay in business. I went in there to buy laminate flooring. I dealt with Martin. I chose my floor and had the estimator come out on 10/22/15. He said he would have the estimate by the next day. No one called me so I called Martin. He said he was with the estimator and he would call me back in a couple hours. No calls from Martin so I called again. They assured me he would call me. No call from Martin, so I called on 10/24. Again no response. I called again on 10/26. They assured me he was with a customer and would call me back. Again, no call back.
  
  Finally fed up with this business, I decided to go elsewhere. I not only found another floor place which has high reviews, but the pricing was 15 cents cheaper per sq'. They also had better estimators and installers. I am so glad that Carpet Tile & Flooring Depot treated me like dirt because I found an much better place to take my business.
  
  Can't help wonder if Carpet Tile & Flooring Depot does as bad of a job of install as how their sales associates treat you.
