  Vive has been an amazing experience so far! The staff does an exceptional job at curating an awesome environment for young professionals!
  
  I don't even know where to begin! Well first of all, the coffee bar has a STARBUCKS MACHINE!!! On the weekends you can meet a lot of the residents and chat, or watch news while your coffee is freshly made! As well they pamper us with fresh treats from local bakeries!
  
  Along with the weekly events and mixers, the amenities makes it hard for one to want to leave the compound! Like today, I was able to watch the Miramar Air Show from the Sky Lounge on the SEVENTH FLOOR!!!! As well the immediate area has plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance so you can I'll always find something to do! If you're a foodie, then you're no stranger to all the awesome food Kearny Mesa has to offer!!
  
  The sky lounge also has taps for beer, BBQs, and a fire pit! The two story gym has equipment for all sorts of athletes! The pool is fun at nighttime, especially when we have movies on the big screen!! So as their motto goes the "vive life is pretty sweet" and I can attest to that!!
  
  It's pretty obvious the staff cares a lot about the residents and the positive energy has created a great community! Hardly do you find places where your neighbors are respectful and management follows up on you AFTER you've leased!
