  I visited the 707 property on 3/10/16. I didn't care for the way I was treated by the leasing agent, I believe his name is Duncan.
  
  This individual (Duncan) repeatedly spoke to me in a condescending tone. Again and again he mentioned my budget when I hadn't expressed a single concern regarding my budget. I can only surmise Duncan believes all people of color are "low budget". He was very short in describing the property, rushed me through a tour, and made it abundantly clear he was uninterested in me becoming a future resident.
  
  Overall this property would never get my business. The reason is not because I can't afford it...I can. However, I simply expect to be treated better than the way I was at 707.

  Perfect home. I love it here. Very beautiful industrial design. One of the best communities in SD. Walking distance to the harbor, little Italy, Gaslamp, the library, the convention center and the stadium. People who work here are super sweet. It feels like a private bank in their office. Top customer service.
